I had a recall for my Kia Sorento. I called about it, they ordered the part, and returned my call when they were ready for me. It was done in an hour, and I got free snacks, coffee, and a detail of my car and I didn't pay a penny. They also have wifi so I was able to work while they worked on my car. Great service and great SUV!

I received my first oil change and fluids refills for free. I was asked if I wanted a free car wash and I complied. My only suggestion is if you are going to vacuum car mats, please do the two small ones in the backseat of the car as well. 🙂
